Bio

I'm the Head of Perception Engineering at AgZen (see latest details at agzen.com and LinkedIn).
My master's research was focused on semantic-aware perception for robots in the application of inspection in sparse environments, which pose additional challenges compared to typical SLAM applications. I competed my Masters in Robotics at WPI under Dr. Jing Xiao and my B.S. in Software Engineering at Iowa State University, where I was advised by Dr. Yan-Bin Jia in the CS Robotics Lab. I also have extensive hands-on robotics and perception experience from side projects and both large and startup companies. Check out a list of my research and projects!
